Baby Emery update...

I went to the dr yesterday afternoon (and arrived an hour early in hopes of them seeing me early--they did!) for my 39 week appt. I was desperate and hoping that she would send me straight to the delivery room. However, Miss Emery must be as stubborn as her daddy (and big brother) (and mommy) because she has made 0 progress since last Monday. My mother's intuition was way off--I just KNEW that she'd be 2 weeks early. The dr scheduled an induction for next Monday morning at 5am. So at the very latest, her birthday will be February 8th, which is her official due date. After a major breakdown and crying in front of the dr, I have come to terms with it and am trying to be patient. God's trying to teach me patience, I think. I'm trying to keep busy. So I'll keep you posted...
