10 months old!

Atlee was 10 months old yesterday. Some of his "things": he has 4 teeth; he has way too much hair (waiting till 1 year to cut it, if we can wait); when he sleeps and/or gets sweaty, his hair curls up and stands up in crazy places; he can say "no, no, no"; he loves to shake his head (as in saying "no") and does it best if i say "yes, yes, yes" first; nothing breakable is safe at home, so we got a "pen" (really it's a "play yard"); he can push his walking car all the way from the front of the house to the back but can't walk without it; he has had a few face plants when trying to take steps unsupported; he can say "dada" and something akin to "mama" and said "bye bye" this morning (only says that occasionally); he still fights sleep as much as possible; when he cries, he sticks his bottom lip out, like i used to do; when he wants to be picked up (or any time you're not doing what he wants), he rolls up his tongue, sticks it out a little, and fake coughs; his fake cough is very cute; he will dance when you sing, especially my version of "Shake It" (by MetroStation); he is very calm and collected; and most of all, he is extremely huggable and kissable and tons of fun. here are a few of my boy on his 10 month birthday (hanging out at/on tio zane's new office)...

atlee spent his 10 month birthday at tia debi's baby shower--can't wait for cousin garrett to arrive!!!! his safari nursery is ready to go and super cute!
